Welcome to Holipicks. By using holipicks.com or placing an order you accept these terms, along with our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy policies. The seller is Shenzhen Nashang Trading Co., Ltd..

Our swimwear

We sell women’s one-pieces, tankinis, bikinis and swim bottoms for delivery to the destinations offered at checkout. Photos, prices and stock may change, and on-screen colors can look slightly different in person.

How an order is formed

Checkout hands payment over to PayPal Express Checkout. Your order is confirmed when PayPal approves the payment, which covers the merchandise after any valid code plus shipping. We may cancel an order that was listed in error, is out of stock or looks fraudulent, and refund any payment taken.

Discount codes

One code per order. NEWFOR15 gives 15% off the merchandise subtotal. 10OFF gives 10% off when the merchandise subtotal is $59.00 or more. B3G1 makes the lowest-priced item free in every group of four items. We may switch off a code that is being misused.

Price mistakes

If a price or discount is clearly wrong, we may cancel and refund the order. We will never charge a higher corrected price without asking you first.

Content ownership

The Holipicks name, website design and photos belong to Holipicks or its licensors and may not be copied for another shop.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by carriers, customs or payment services. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your delivery country.
